Review of LANDMANN UK
Terrible product. We bought a Landmann Taurus 440 BBQ a year ago. After one winter, where we sheltered the BBQ and covered it with a waterproof protection, we came to find this summer that the whole thing is rusty. The outer shell, the coal tray inside the BBQ. Rust everywhere. The thing feels ten years old, not one. We forked out on what we thought was a higher quality product but in the end it was just a waste of money.

I terrible customer service. Trying to speak to someone is near on impossible. Also very expensive. Random charges and changes to my bill and then trying to speak to someone about it impossible. Now with O2 and it’s much better.

Review of Where Saints Go
I ordered some chairs. They have been continuously delayed since April. That I understand, it's out of their control. However, the appalling customer services is very much within the company's control. No response to emails chasing up the order. No offer of a refund in the stock emails sent out to let me know that the chairs had been delayed for a fourth time (this time expected delivery in October). I spoke to customer services and the smarmy person on the other end of the phone didn't even offer an apology. Leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Will not be shopping here again.

Sent me the wrong size TWICE. In addition, before I was sent the replacement, I was required to send back in the incorrect size resulting in additional delay. I will not be ordering from here agin.
