Very helpful lady when I phoned opticians in Chiswick to explain situation with daughters' contact lenses. Was able to change my address and organise a top up order all over the phone.

While the team were fairly efficient at packing up the house I was leaving they did break several items. damaged furniture and marked the walls. In addition at the arrival house they clearly wanted to get away asap so many of the boxes were put in the wrong room and wrong labelling. I also found a bunch of stuff including a bike and Karcher spray washer amongst others just dumped in the front garden while there was signficant damage to the wooden flooring at the front door. While I dont expect everything to go smoothly for the price Alexanders charged I had hoped for much better and based on my experience would not use them again as better firms at much lower cost.

Overall the site and process is good BUT it is still frustrating when certain items are not delivered - that is not an issue with Ocado/Amazon and it should not be rocket science for a company of JS size to solve.

Easy ordering, clear and regular updates about order processing and delivery progress, Delivered on time and most of all my Mum absolutely loved the arrangement - she even said she could smell the beautiful scent of the flowers as she cam downstairs the next morning. I have saved your name for next Mothers day already!

While the wine and offer were good I found the whole process of tracking the order very difficult - after placing the order I got an email saying "thanks for choosing us with an order number and saying it would be processed asap and we will get back to you" then a few days later another saying "your order (different order number) has been received and we will be in touch soon to confirm details". Then nothing for 10 days or so, so I had to contact you direct to ask when it would be shipped as I was going away. I did then get the wine a few days after (mid april). Then on the 28th April I got an email saying my order was on the way and a few days later a request to review the whole process.

Very easy to use and great comparison site

The sculpture is lovely. The delivery process/notification however is a bit all over the place - upon ordering was told I would be given a delivery date, heard nothing, actually got delivery without any notice and then got an email 2 days later saying it would be on its way soon !

Delivery was delayed by a day but got a call to give me a warning. Luckily it didn't affect the party.
