Top marks as i created a problem because i didnt read the boiler guarantee properly and caused a delay so wasnt charged the full boiler service cost on first visit as the guys had to come back to complete after part fitted by viessman.
They didnt have to do this for me but were very understanding !!
Already booked in for next year service !!
