Truly awful service
Ordered an item that the website claimed was in stock and would be delivered within 2 days. It wasn't.
No communication from staples about this so it was only when it wasn't delivered that I looked on the website to discover it won't even be sent for at least another 8 days.
As a result, I want to cancel the order but I'm not sure that's possible!!
Tried calling 5 times throughout the day but just got a message saying the lines were closed and giving the opening times. All of my calls were within those times.
Replied to the order email, which came from staples-online.co.uk's staplesservice@ address, and got a message saying replies weren't monitored and to email staples-online.co.uk's CSD@ address. Why do that except to be as annoying as possible???
E-mailed the CSD@ address and have had no reply.
Filled out the form on their website and have had no reply.
Edit: I see that staples are spending their time replying to trustpilot reviews rather than people who have contacted them directly. Clearly prioritising giving the impression of good service over actual good service.
