Poor customer experience

Called with a flat tyre, asked for a deposit of £140 which I paid, they claimed at the time they couldn’t see my payment, as it was showing as pending and asked for a second deposit again for £140, caught over a ‘barrel’ we paid, and were assured at the time our first deposit would be refunded once it cleared.
This has now been resolved, unfortunately it took 1 star reviews and 13 days from initial payment to eventually being reimbursed

Dear Mr Martin Cairns, Due to some issues by our previous merchant service provider called RMS, we could not allocate your payment till I spoke to your wife and managed to get the screenshot and found the transaction and refunded it without any delay. I have personally spoken to your self and your wife and I know it was not easy for you. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused
