wouldnt even give them 1 star too be…

i wouldnt even give them 1 star too be honest. i had a letter from them on the 30th october 2023 saying they were coming to relay the flooring on the external stairs to my flat as they are very slippy. the letter stated they were co ing on the 31st jan 2023 and 1st a d 2nd of february 2024 to carry out the work. they never turned up. i rang the call centre she couldnt really help me but said she would look into it. there was an email address on the letter for the maintanence dept so i sent them an email. havent heard anything yet as to why they have not come. they have sent me numerous texts telling me they were coming but nothing to say why they havent but they expect you to let them know if it cant be done on that day perhaps they should show you the same courtesy and let you know why they arent coming. i am really really annoyed and fed up as this has. been going for about 8 months now. lets just hope nobody slips down those stairs when they get wet and slippy !!

terrible service

i reported to magna on 20th june that i am unable to watch my tv as there is a tree in the communal garden that has gotten so big it is blocking the signal. now its 1st of july and no one from the estates dept has rang me even though i should have had a phone call by last thursday that never happened. i wonder how they would feel if night after night when you are home on your own and you cant even watch the tv. also im paying out money to sky every month and now 2 of those weeks that money has been wasted maybe i should send the bill to them. it is very unfair to be treated this way after all it is only a phone call that is needed to sort things. i cant complain about the staff in the call centre as its not their fault if the estates dept arent doing their job as this happened a few years ago and they cut the tree back and said it would be on their books to do every year thats never happened and here i am again back to no tv and the loss of 2 washings lines !! just not good enough !! i am fuming surely it shouldnt take 2 weeks or more for a phone call from the estates dept !!

i was so happy to receive the oder from…

i was so happy to receive the oder from them with leaflets of my missing kitten so i can now spread them around. they said i would get them saturday but i received them today (thursday) thank you thank you so much for getting them too me and there was no charge either. what a fantastic company .

i was really pleased with the service

i was really eased with the service. i ordered the flowers and gift for the same day delivery. fa tastic my daughter received them a couple of hours after i placed the order. she said the flowers were beautiful.
