This review relates to the initial visit/consultation to order faux wood blinds. Absolutely delighted with thewhole process so far. Very professinal engineer who measured up and explained the options/process clearly, and we are so looking forward to the installation which will be in a matter of weeks compared to the months that it would take for installation by other companies.

Lovely, quality, authentic tiles at a much more reasonable price than many other sites I had looked at. Delivery was quick, and thoroughly packaged to ensure no breakages. Arrives on a large wooden palette which we will find useful to keep for making garden troughs but some customers might find it difficult to dispose of. Very happy with my purchase.

I find it very useful to read other customers experiences before buying. I always read the one star reviews too which I have discovered is essential sometimes especially in relation to a company's returns policies having had a recent shock when I had to pay £80 to return a radiator.I advise that customers always read the returns' policies for large items.

Excellent notifications regarding delivery. Telephone call to ensure delivery date was still suitable - avoiding any issues of receipt. I have been purchasing items for kitchen renovation. I was encouraged to log in with SHOP.
Passcode never arrived, and sat waiting several times after requesting resending of code.
I will never go near this again. Luckily, all my items arrived as expected but I would encourage retailers not to use this company for the sake of their customers' patience. I have since read other reviews, and the fact that scammers are allowed to be hosted on this site should ring serious alarm bells.

I had ordered a sample tile last month and placed an order immediately. However, due to the obvious popularity of the tiles, they were out of stock but the Stock Team were very helpful and gave me assurance that they would be available during a particular week. Customer Service also gave me an immediate notification when they had arrived. They were well worth the wait. Highly recommended. Thanks to all concerned.

I am delighted with the quality of the Belfast sink and taps that I purchased. Quick delivery by very professional couriers. The only criticism I have is that the box that the sink was in was quite flimsy - quite surprising considering the weight of the sink inside. Testimony to the couriers that they managed to deliver it undamaged.
