Wasn't sure what to expect, but went along with a couple of gold items that were no longer wanted. Debbie was very helpful and to my surprise & delight, I walked out with a few hundred pounds in cash!!

I 'stumbled' across this brand a few months ago, when I saw a pair of ugg type boots in a magazine but had never heard of the Holland Cooper brand before. I then tried to find a boutique local to me to get a feel for their sizes. I went to the Bicester store and it was like being a child again in a toy shop. Everything looked stunning, high end, and the customer service I personally received was absolutely fantastic. I left with several items and am slowly replacing my wardrobe with HC items. I have so far bought several pairs of jeans, jumpers, a knightsbridge jacket, trainers, loafers & sandals & a winter coat!!! The quality is amazing & I feel great when I'm wearing their items.
When I have had to return anything, the process has been swift & easy.

My elderly mum is relocating to Christchurch and we needed to get her bungalow flooring sorted at short notice before she moved in. We ordered the carpets & laminate at another branch but had to arrange fitting etc with Nursling branch. Contacted the manager Chris and although their next available date was after she would have moved in, Chris spoke to his fitter Alex, and between them they were able to shift dates around to accommodate us. Alex was able to start the work earlier and come & go in-between jobs whilst the property was empty. Not only has the work been completed before originally scheduled, it has been completed to a very high standard & looks amazing. Can't wait to see the look on my mum's face when she moves in this week..Cannot thank Chris, Alex and the team enough for all their hard work in making what was originally a very stressful situation into a piece of cake. We are truly grateful

Got myself locked out with my anxious dog and panicking like mad when I remembered seeing on a fb group how good abbey locksmiths were. Called them immediately, a very pleasant man called Jamie turned up and within minutes was able to rescue the situation without any damage to the door or locks, especially as we have high security locks on our door!!! Extremely professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for all your help!!!

Have purchased a few things from Rayanna and always been impressed with the products and her customer service. She even took time to speak to me on a Sunday to help me decide what products would be best for my Bulldog... Fantastic service and very fast delivery x
