A company not to be trusted
I got an email about the renewal and I had canceled it 10 days before the due date, however, the company had charged me 21 days before that and Alan who works there, said that is a common practice of the company ( to charge in advance ). He closed my ticket and did not want to give my money back.

The company charged me 21 days before the expiration date and I was only able to cancel it 10 days before the expiration date and they did not want to refund me

I received an email about a domain that would expire day 31 and I cancel it in the day 21 ( 10 days before )

Unfortunately my card was charged already and the Company do not want to refund me

Customer service was able to sort it out a problem that I was having with the projector.

The director guys company has been very supportive at this moment.

Excellent service. I had a problem with a device and the company had no hesitation in replacing it.
