Pre-delivery Experience
I received fast connection to the live chat and the assistant Sarah Sanderson was concise and helpful, answering my queries. The only thing stopping giving 5 stars on this occasion, was the fact that I had been asked if I wanted a number of items delivered together or asap, to which I requested yes, unfortunately this is not possible for one item, so therefore why ask? And I did not receive confirmation of my colour request on a bath, following an email, which would have been nice. So perhaps certain communications need joining up a little bit more. Otherwise, my experience has been good so far.
