Avoid

Avoid. Mine looked nice for a short time. Colour started to fade pretty quick. Didn’t notice too much as it was a light shade anyway. However sections started to turn green! Floor original colour beige. Complained to supplier who passed onto Polyfloor. Inspector from PF visited. Talked waffle about cleaning product, green bits being by the window? Blah blah. Took ages to get a report back. Everyone passing it back and forth. Covid used as an excuse. My time spent chasing. End result you guessed it..... natural fading because the green tiles are by a window. Green? They didn’t know why it turned green but still not their products issue. The10 year guarantee is dishonest. My complaint within this time. So don’t use Camero / polyfloor if it’s going by A glass Window or door. It’s for a room with no light! I’m. Moving home so didn’t follow up but lesson learned not all expensive flooring is ‘quality’.

A good improved experience.

Great service. They have certainly made some good changes. I’ve had a bad experience in the past With AB but gave a 2nd chance. My standard service was an all round good experience from booking in to collecting a nice clean serviced car. Thank you.

A company who avoids customer conversations?

How strange they don’t want to talk to their customers and deliberately do not give a UK customer service number out. I have a product question but have had no response from the online form submitted. Any company who avoids customer calls don’t deserve any customers!

NO following guidelines.

My experience - one star only because during the Coronavirus they were open following NO guidelines about number of people in the shop NO social distancing and NO warning before you went in that it was a free for all. This was Saturday 23 May. I went in and realised there was NO control but as several people followed me in, I had to shout at everyone to move so I could exit shop pretty quick.

I consider them thieves

I consider them thieves. They took money immediately for Skechers shoes. No goods weeks later. They sent proof of postage of - a couple of face masks? I never buy without checking companies. Don’t know what possessed me! Why is this allowed?

USE a different company. There are plenty out there.

The price quoted is the very basic charge. Most of the extras are necessities. Cost goes up by triple at least. Look at your collection time and return time. You don’t get the two full days worth. Collection is quite late in the day and return early. Extra charges can be taken from your deposit - cleaning - even if your van is spotless on return, cleaning bedding, use of anything they provide like half a bottle of toilet chemical.! I would certainly never rent from them again. Unfortunately - stupidly did not read reviews first. Made for a very nervous hire period wondering how much we were going to be stung for on return. Deposit eventually refunded after chasing. They drag it out. At least 28 working days. (Exc weekends and bank hols) and the rest.
