Shipment is not clear, the customer experience get lost

Shipment is not clear. Packaging is awesome, but sometimes the customer experience is lost since the overseas shipments take a lot of time.

Also, they show the cost of the shipment into the invoice and becasue of that in my last order, the Mexican customs charged me for import taxes becasue it surpassed 100 USD... That is something that Play asia should take care about.

As for your concern about the invoice, please understand that we have to abide by the rules and regulations of all receiving countries. We have no control about the dditional charges for customs clearance and cannot predict what they may be.
