I don't understand why there is a delay of several days before actually fulfilling a digital redemption of points. This delay caused a problem for me.

I have really enjoyed MyPoints. Lately though I get a little frustrated when I see the constant changes to the rules. For instance, the monthly goal changed so that you can't get credit for doing 5 of the tasks anymore. You absolutely have to complete a survey to get the list done now, and they take answers for 20 minutes and then decide you don't qualify for that survey.

AirportParking.com gave me many different choices for parking at my local airport. They showed prices and conditions for each facility. It was very helpful.

I was very disappointed that promises were not kept. I started with HughesNet in Ohio. But I spend 5 months per year in Florida, so I requested the same service there. I was told that my contract might be extended, but that I would have service in both locations by just taking my modem back and forth with me. When I got back, I plugged everything in and had a great signal, but I couldn't get HughesNet to activate the service. They told me that would cost an extra $300. So I have been without their service. Now I have a bill for $125.50 for no service. The day before the billing showed $55.31 and I called about that. The representative was very helpful and he reversed that charge, but the new one popped up. I think that HughesNet is scamming me.
