I am updating my review from Banak.
Although they have REQUESTED I DELETE MY REVIEW, after weeks of trying to get hold of them and the transporter, it was only through the transporter that I managed to get my items delivered. Guess what? It was INCOMPLETE!
I initially, back in May, ordered 3 beds and a few weeks later added a 4th bed - I paid for it on the same day, sent the proof of payment and they didn't deliver. They will probably charge me for the delivery and assembly of the 4th bed... but who knows? They don't reply to my emails... This is the worse possible online service that I have ever in my life experienced!

Do not use Banak.
I put an order through in May for items that they had in stock and others that would be delivered on the 20 June.

After back and forth they finally sent the items they had in stock on the 16 June. It then arrives to a terrible transport companh in Portugal who can keep the items for 2 weeks until it decides to deliver he items… but they will not tell you when they will deliver!

The items that are now in stock will now be shipped to the same terrible distributer/transport company and wait another two weeks for delivery.

In the meantime they do not find a solution, barely reply to your emails (unless you’re wanting to buy extra stuff).

I don’t recommend it - the service they provide is not in line with the amount of products they offer.

I should’ve gone to Ikea.

UPDATE: It's the 14th March, still the only answer I received was saying that they tried to deliver which is FALSE.

This is definitely a scam! I made an order in December, got an email saying they were late due to the holidays, we're in Feb and it says the order was delivered (in Poland, I'm in Portugal!). They now don't reply.. it's definitely another scam. Stay away!

I don’t know why I still use this service.
The affiliated taxi companies are the worse, they’re always late, the drivers are awful and dangerous, kabbee quite possibly takes pride in having close to none customer relations and couldn’t care less about your opinion/dissatisfaction. I will NEVER use kabbee again.
