Allan was great arrived on time

Allan was great arrived on time, got on with the task in hand. Didn't once moan or complain which a lot of engineers do now days. Explained everything with terminology that I understood. Happy, great service and couldn't have asked for a better engineer. Thank you

The guy who serviced us was very helpful explained everything and I couldn't recommend him any more. You don't really get good customer service nowadays but his was exceptionally good. Explained everything clearly and helped is through the process of buying our new sofas.

The sky packages are very good and…

The sky packages are very good and reasonably priced. But I find their customer services not very good. I received my sky pucks in November 2022 I kept having to change the batteries in my remote controls as they completely stopped working. I called up after a while to say is their different remotes we can have as these seem to be an issue. The person told me oh it's fine you just need to keep resetting the remotes so I tried that the next time they went and it didn't work. I called up again and was told they know there was a batch which were faulty which were all sent out in November they will send me new remotes. I confirmed they would be sending me 3 remotes only recieved 2. I called again a few days after to make sure the 3rd remote was still coming out and was told I would need to take pictures as they need to see what remote I need. I said I cant access the remote right now but if you send the same which was sent the other day. They said oh no we can't do that as we need to have the scanned picture before the system will allow them to send the remotes. I explained that wasn't needed the other day and I feel like you are only doing this as you think I am lying. As a new customer you should replace any faulty equipment which you have sent out. Sent an email about this call and no one ever came back to me. Just got a sales call from Sky when I said no to the sale they were offering they asked can I ask why I explained and the phone went dead. That person obviously wasn't interested in helping just wanted to get the sales and earn a bigger bonus. So as long as you are happy to put up with it then get sky as like I said the packages are really good.

Don't use asda online if you ever wants…

Don't use asda online if you ever wants your order and when they don't deliver they won't let you speak to a manager I called 3 different times and each time the manager was always too important to speak to a customer. I will never use asda again if this is how they treat their customers.

Terrible service they won't help you on…

Terrible service they won't help you on the phone they just tell you to use the website. Are happy to take £100 too much tax but wont refund it. You can tell they're a government run place as that's all they do take take take and refuse to refund. Then they hang up on you after basically telling you it's not their problem if you can't read or write they won't help in any other way. So looks like they are keeping my daughters £100.

Bad bad bad customer service.

They sent out a faulty product even the manufacturers have stated it is a faulty product and have given me the reference number to prove we have done everything to fix the product. They explained I will need to speak to currys to have a replacement sent out. Currys said they will not send a replacement until the item is returned and looked and and cant tell me when they would send a replacement out. I originally ordered a next day delivery because I needed the printer asap and now they are saying they don't know when they will get me a replacement out. When I asked for a refund they explained they don't know when I would get the refund either. I asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me. Now I cant get hold of anyone there. Not helpful completely useless and I would advise not to buy from this company they are meant to be a big company with a massive reputation. Looking at other reviews and my experience I would avoid using them if you can.

Then following this they reply to my feedback but still haven't had a call back and still have a printer stuck in my hallway.

Review of Mcdonalds

Not much for vegitrians

The reason I have given this a 2 star rating is because the do not think of doing as much for vegitrians. I know that this is something they think they are working on but I feel they could do so much which would be easy and don't. So bring out a veggie mac burger. When they do the new tasty burgers maybe add a choice of veggie burgers as well. Just to give us more variety. If they did I would grab something from there when setting off on long journeys.
