Charged full price instead of the insurance

We had our window broken following a theft that happened in a car park in Milan
Although the onsite team was quick and responsive they charged us for the full amount of the window 450 euros whereas we had already paid the excess to the insurance of £115. When we collected our car we explained that we went through our insurance and already paid the excess, we should not have had to pay anything. Instead we were asked to pay the full amount for the repairs and they were still holding our car keys so we didn’t have a choice.
We are still now trying to g to recover our losses from our insurance but we are 450 euros short.
we also had our car sanitised for 25 euros but still found glass in the car floor. Disappointing experience.

Good morning

Unfortunately I realized that I booked the wrong camping and I need to cancel.
I understand that the deposit is non refundable however as this is within 24 hours of my booking I hope you can make an exception?
I spoke to Firecrest Valley Camping just now and they agree to cancel the booking, but they said that because I booked through Cool Camping you would keep the deposit. Could you please refund the card I made the payment with?
I emailed this morning and i still did not get a reply,
