Website was initially “down” when I tried to change my insurance details at 9am in the morning, and was not available for a further two hours, which was frustrating when trying to change my car insurance. Please carry out website maintenance after normal hours as clients need to access their details and policy page. Once website access was available, the process was easy.

This company is unfit to practice. Left me £7000 out of pocket and half blind. Please go elsewhere as this company only care about money and do not care about the patient. I had to wait for a year for them to try and rectify botched lens replacement surgery, and they flew a surgeon in from Greece who also botched it. Avoid this company.

Utter scumbags, liers and charlatans. 4 years ago I commence the process of lens replacement and I am now half blind in one eye and have blurred vision in the other. I have requested a full refund from Optical Express and they have refused. There after care is dreadful so be very very wary of this company and their shallow promises. I have sent a report to the General Medical Council requesting they revoke Optical Express’ license to practice/operate. Avoid this company at all costs

Customer service is good, however, the billing and pre- service information or details is opaque and wooly at best. Greater information and Transparency, is required up front on exactly what work is being delivered for the fee quoted. Come on Audi, you can do better than this.

Opted to trade some of my old books in with this company. Not impressed with them at all, as they tried to rip me off and claimed that I did not send all of the books to them, particularly the most expensive books. Clearly a company not to be trusted at all.

Took over a year for LWR to replace the glass on my Omega Railmaster and clean and polish the bracelet. 12 months to carry out routine maintenance is unacceptable. Customer service is 1 out of 10, no updates, no apologies, little or no care at all. I will not be using their services again.

Go elsewhere is my advice. This company display original packaging and boxes on their website, but when the items arrived they were in plain boxes and as these items were a gift it is very disappointing. Dealing with their customer services is like pulling teeth and they didn’t seem to grasp the situation at all. Avoid at all costs

I thought Fellows were ok, however, their latest escapades have shown their real colours. I sent back two watches purchased through them as they were not as described, Fellows sulked and ignored my emails, when I threatened to get trading standards involved they provided me with a full refund, but have banned me from bidding at their auctions. Childish, amateurish and unprofessional company that need to learn to grow up.

Deliberately and fraudulently turned off my automatic parking details for my car at Hatfield Peverel and I was given a parking fine of £170. This is one way GA fraudulently make money from their “customers”. A ruthless, shady, untrustworthy and corrupt company. Avoid at all costs if possible.

Very disappointing, considering the reputation this company once had. Consider carefully prior to buying a new watch from this company. Omega you need to look at yourselves .

Sent a warranty enquiry to Omega UK customer services as my watch is still under warranty. Omega were not interested at all, a very dismissive and passive aggressive attitude and the customer service agent was unhelpful and disinterested to say the least. Very disappointed and I didn’t realise that Omega were a second rate company only interested in exploiting its customers.

Faulty Product. Not in the least bit interested in a manufacturing fault with a set of taps which were brand new and the fault only discovered when installed, causing considerable upset and aggravation. Avoid this company like the plague as they are not interested in faulty products or after sales, they just want to grab your money. Our advice is go elsewhere

Crooks. I set up autopay on my car parking account with Greater Anglia, only to find a year later that mysteriously autopay had been turned off on my account (not by me) and I was fined by GA/NCP fir not paying for my parking ticket. The autopay function was not turned off by me and this is another underhand example of how Greater Anglia operates. Do not trust this company or any of the managers, they are liars.

Shocking and amateurish company. The quality of their packaging is third rate. Items I won at auction turned up smashed to pieces and the packaging was woeful. Avoid, avoid like the plague
