PhoneClub customer service— whaaat?!
I have been with PhoneClub for over a decade. The phone calls I make to Europe are satisfactory and the cost is quite reasonable. I have been pretty happy with them overall in the past. Today I tried to add to my account and I have not been able to do how to do it. Nothing seems to be working. There’s no place I can enter my credit card number. And worst of all there is no one available to talk to me. They do not list a phone number. They have a pathetic contact for help. Hah! Ask a question and we’ll contact you. Right !!!! I’m still waiting.
