PhoneClub customer service— whaaat?!

I have been with PhoneClub for over a decade. The phone calls I make to Europe are satisfactory and the cost is quite reasonable. I have been pretty happy with them overall in the past. Today I tried to add to my account and I have not been able to do how to do it. Nothing seems to be working. There’s no place I can enter my credit card number. And worst of all there is no one available to talk to me. They do not list a phone number. They have a pathetic contact for help. Hah! Ask a question and we’ll contact you. Right !!!! I’m still waiting.

Everything is wrong with this app

Everything is wrong with this app. It offers that I reply to something then it tells me that the posting I’m replying to does not exist. In addition, some far-left Jerk had me removed because I had an opinion that wasn’t as far left as his. Next-door could be good and could be useful, but it’s just a pile of trash.

Sleazy scam bags

I did not realize when I (apparently) signed up that this was a ripoff. $40 a month for something I have never used and I don’t need. Trying to get a refund is a big waste of time. I’m going to have to take them to court to get my $160 back. I am on a fixed income and I would never have signed up for this pile of crap if I had known it was $40 a month.

If I could give a -3

If I could give a -3, that would be accurate. I just spent over 35 minutes on the phone, just TRYING to speak to someone. Their system promised a callback— when it finally came it hung up on me. I called back - after having to listen to a bunch of options that didn’t fit, it hung up on me (again). The third time I was on hold for 17 minutes before someone came on.

This is probably the worst company in the entire universe. They are rude, uninformative, unhelpful. If I had to do over again, I wouldn’t even have them in consideration. Anyone out there looking for a mortgage, stay away from this horrible company.

Offerup is a truly horrible app

Offerup is a horrible app. For one thing half the sellers don’t have a location listed and when I tried to find out why, OfferUp offers no answers. You can’t find anyone to help. They are the suckiest crappiest app on the web. They also decide to not allow me to sell my items by mail randomly. It says it has to do with their rules, but similar items I am able to sell via USPS.

user unfriendly and annoying app

This is the most annoying and user unfriendly app ever. Every time I go through my old postings, and I archive some thing, it takes me back to the first page again. Whoever wrote this app oughta be demoted.

It’s a stodgy inefficient possibly dim witted

It’s a stodgy inefficient app possibly developed by people who couldn’t find gainful employment. It’s difficult to post, you can’t edit properly, you can’t attribute it to the purchaser unless he/she happened to inquire with a text.
I use it because it’s popular but it’s like a lame horse — fairly useless and really frustrating.

Care.com is a Bummer …

Care.com turned out to be a complete waste of money. I hired a person through their website, he turned out to be a nightmare. He ate food without asking, he rearrange the furniture, he threw things out without asking. The worst part was that he decided his back needed saving so on the fifth day he stopped helping with lifting my husband. Because his back was more important than the patient or my back. I am 70 years old. I tried getting in touch with care.com on multiple occasions. Their agents were never available. They also somehow charged me for a premium membership when I wanted just a regular membership. Nice way of making extra money for them. I would not recommend care.com and I suggest that you stay away from them.

I posted a used toy for $5. OfferUp charges a minimum of $1.99. It’s a disgraceful ripoff. They ought to be ashamed. Unfortunately I’m pretty sure they’re not. I’m going to go back to Craigslist.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I was unable to log in to my account for several weeks. I kept sending requests for a callback. Just heard crickets. Soon as I use up all of my money I will never subscribe again. This is probably the worst business I have ever dealt with
