you say that the issue is solved, but the issue will be really resolved only when I get a refund, which I`m still waiting for. and let me remind you that the carrier picked up the parcel on September 16.

I was waiting for the return status for several days, but it didn’t show until I asked support. I didn’t get the answer at all, but the status was changed to “received” only 6 days after picking up. Well, now i’m waiting for the refund for more than 3 days, which never happened previously …
