I was waiting for the return status…

you say that the issue is solved, but the issue will be really resolved only when I get a refund, which I`m still waiting for. and let me remind you that the carrier picked up the parcel on September 16.

I was waiting for the return status for several days, but it didn’t show until I asked support. I didn’t get the answer at all, but the status was changed to “received” only 6 days after picking up. Well, now i’m waiting for the refund for more than 3 days, which never happened previously …

Delay with the answer but the situation was resolved at the end

I submitted the payment from the verified account, and I was asked to proof the source of funds. After I sent all the documents, I was waiting for any answer from support for 3 days, that silence made me a little bit uncomfy. Finally, the procedure was completed, my payment was okay, support manager apologized for the delay.
