Just spoke to a lovely lady appropriating named Angel She answered all my questions after giving the necessary information and we even broke the ice with a bit of humour!
Not long after I got a call from an equally nice man who will be on hand for any queries changes or advice
The policy seems a good choice and I would recommend the customer service

Spoke to Zayden today in customer service He was a lovely young man who listened to me waffling on about my annoyances re economy energy going bust and then forcing me into having bloody expensive ovo.energy as my supplier Anyway he also answered my relevant question about having trouble logging into my account and when I'd get a bill..Great customer service and hopefully reasonable cost
