Disgusting company

Disgusting company! Steer well clear, provided SIM card stopped working so replaced it, then they tried billing me for unused data calls texts because I couldn't get hold of them, don't answer phones, emails don't work, app doesn't work!
Absolutely shocking, complete rip off!

Worst mobile phone company I have ever…

Worst mobile phone company I have ever known, bought a SIM card for my daughter, phone stopped working on network, tried logging into app, didn't recognise the number, couldn't get hold of anyone so had to buy a new SIM and contract, awful company steer well clear

Very poor user experience

Very poor user experience, watched an episode of a programme but couldn't rewatch after as just kept skipping to next episode and every time I tried kept asking for pin, also search menu only works for main user, very poor compared to netflix/Disney and content much poorer in comparison

Ordered and paid for a rug to be…

Ordered and paid for a rug to be delivered within 8 days, when it didn't turn up on time I then contacted Wilko for an update, a day later they asked if I would like a replacement or refund I said I would like a replacement, 2 days later they inform me there are none in stock so asked if I would like a refund to which I said yes. Very poor service should not advertise as available and take money when none are left.

Do not trust this company!!

Do not trust this company!!! Phoned to tell me I'm owed tax from ppi claim then used documents to access my PAYE records from HMRC.
Spoke to them regarding payment, still not received, said they would send another link to claim, not received, seeking assurances that they will not be my tax claim agents in future!
Stay well clear!!

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to read your were disappointed with your plant.

As for those plants you will see in your local garden centre, we grow our plants quite differently to those you will find there, as many of their plants will have been 'forced' into growth (ie. grown in an artificially warm environment and tricked into thinking that spring has arrived!). The benefit of buying our plants however is that they tend to be tougher, and they are less likely to suffer a setback from the sudden changes in temperatures when they get home.

We ask all customers to send us photos of any items they are unhappy with, within 14 days of delivery because we are an online retailer and do not have a physical store for customers to come into when they have a problem.

For any future issues please do send us photos and let us know if there is a quality issue so that we can provide a suitable resolution and remedy any errors we have made.

Had a speed issue

Had a speed issue, was paying for 100mgbps was getting 4mgbps! Could barely hold a signal to use the app chat, when they eventually answered offered no help whatsoever, should've realised when I saw all the negative reviews, everything runs on WiFi in my house including tv so poor speed shuts down everything, never had any issues with other providers, absolute joke steer well clear!
Your reply below is rubbish, trying to blame it on WiFi signal, had plus net and bt last 2 suppliers never had any of the issues that I do with virgin, speed drops out regularly, app always down or WiFi drops out! Can't complain without at least a 20 minute wait which costs money, never had 100gig before joined virgin but actually my speed is a lot slower than plus net and bt, rubbish company who provide a rubbish service, if you really cared you would phone me and sort it out.

Hi Alex, thanks for your post and we're terribly sorry to see that you've been having issues with the Wi-Fi services.

What we would advise first of all is to run a speed test via https://www.speedtest.net/ with a device connected via an Ethernet cable with the hub in modem mode - this will be able to tell you what speed we have entering your property.

If the subscribed speed is not met, then this likely to need an engineer to visit your property.

If you get a full speed this would narrow this down solely to a Wi-Fi issue and can be solved with the use of the handy hits and tips - virg.in/wifihelp

Absolutely disgusted!, promised savings and reduced monthly debit and after a year I'm £500 in debt, no monthly reminders to submit readings just let you rack up the debt so you cannot switch because you owe them money.
