Bought a dicksonia Antarctica that is…

Bought a dicksonia Antarctica that is smaller than advertised and has only one frong growing from it, very disappointing considering local nursery has larger specimens for half of the price!

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to read your were disappointed with your plant.

As for those plants you will see in your local garden centre, we grow our plants quite differently to those you will find there, as many of their plants will have been 'forced' into growth (ie. grown in an artificially warm environment and tricked into thinking that spring has arrived!). The benefit of buying our plants however is that they tend to be tougher, and they are less likely to suffer a setback from the sudden changes in temperatures when they get home.

We ask all customers to send us photos of any items they are unhappy with, within 14 days of delivery because we are an online retailer and do not have a physical store for customers to come into when they have a problem.

For any future issues please do send us photos and let us know if there is a quality issue so that we can provide a suitable resolution and remedy any errors we have made.
