The only thing I would say and suggest would be that you should make sure you are a little bit clearer and slower when talking to someone. Other than that is a very good and professional customer service.

Quick delivery and quick return process which is super important- great!

I’ve always loved you guys and been ordering from you for a while now but have to say that everything is very slow just lately. Returns is the slowest process ever now, takes forever for you to process the return and even getting the order takes very long time as well which is a shame cos I think you’re great.

A great website and a great product! Apparently it’s a small team so pretty slow customer service wise however once you’ve managed to get in touch with them, they are very helpful.

Everything good however a bit disappointed with postage charges. 2 different charges for one order because of ordering 3 cards. Thought that the more I order, the cheaper you’d try to make it.

I think it was great how I was allowed to check out as a guest and how easy it was for me to opt out of getting ads and promotions send to me. Really great!

What I didn’t like was that you had to spend over £25 to get a free delivery.

At first I got my order wrong twice, which is just on of those things that happen from time to time and I understand that however third time was lucky. AS team contacted me that they want to put it right for me and they really have done just that. I got some money off my order as an apology for getting it wrong and what I have ordered has arrived very quickly and I’m very happy with it so very well done Ann Summers! :)
