After months of hearing nothing and constantly chasing up and having repeated delays eventually cancelled and asked for full refund when they emailed me the day before a promised delivery to say it would be delayed another month. Very very poor communication, delays for months and couldn’t care less attitude. Would recommend you not to use this company. They let me down badly over a four month period. Please note that the company they recommend for installation won’t do your groundwork. So less than ideal as this could cause issues in future if you have a problem with the pergola as you could have the groundwork company and the structure installer blaming each other. It’s also not as simple to put up as they claim. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Completely stunning, luxury Huxley sofa is just perfect and clearly built to last.
Customer service is very personal and nothing is a bother. It is so refreshing to deal with a manufacturer like this who take great pride in delivering excellent quality and provide great service and aftercare.
The delivery service was also excellent and the men were charming.
Only problem is that I now know I am going to have to buy a partner for Huxley - but not worried as I know the service and quality will once again be faultless.

Item was quickly retrieved and the assistant helped me to the car as it was a large package. Also helped to assemble. Much appreciated.

Was twice promised a call half an hour before delivery as I have a business to run. No call received. Was fortunate that family member showed up at house at same time as delivery or I wouldn’t have been there. Just not good enough.

I have been trying to contact Scottish Power for over a week due to a botched energy transfer. I held on the phone for FIVE HOURS yesterday and was repeatedly cut off. I called again today as all
Information given is that there is Saturday opening until 4pm. I was cut off again as ‘the call
Centre is closed’. I am furious that I can not speak to someone. I have no idea who is supplying my energy. I am angry and I want someone to call me. Livid, infact.

So it’s now 6th January 2021 and no further ahead. Yet again two lots of direct debits taken from my account. I am unable to speak to anyone. What a complete and utter shambles. I am going to cancel the direct debits and perhaps someone will get in touch with me then. The message below is meaningless. No one has emailed me. What on earth is going on? Diabolical service. Not deserving of business and consider this a formal complaint. Not that this company or it’s employees who hide behind computers will be bothered by that.

Excellent service. Assistant could not have been more helpful and very knowledgeable. Range and choice was excellent as well.
