Superflot gulv og perfekt service! Vi fik lidt udfordringer da i ikke kom enligt aftale ved forste booking pga sygdom, men ligevel ordnede i opgaven (under weekend) så lejlighed var klar for nestkommende håntverker på mandag.

Great assortment and pricelevel but a return experience not worthy of this century

If the rating would be about PompdeLux's assortment, quality and prices I'd give them 4 or 5 stars.
If you believe you might need to return something youve ordered- pick another supplier. This is where it goes all wrong. I wanted to return one out of maybe ten ordered clothings, as it did not go well with our daughter. Shows out they make it completely impossible to return items and I was treated the worst ever by the person I was (in a nice tone) communicating with in several mails.
The return policy starts by saying, if you want to return something get in touch with us. I followed all instructions, and were stupified several times by their customer "service" contact. Their return website made it impossible, at least the 5 or so times I visited it, to fill in a normal return. And with all emailings with them I finally gave up- it wasnt worth if for one sweater costing 250DKR. With this said, we are in 2024- where any professional online supplier should make it easy (or at least possible) to make returns. You should also get your support functions take a writing/service class.
The 250kr you gained in this transaction is nothing compared to what I would have ordered during the years- loving your assortment, price category and quality, and what you are losing by me now being your best non-advocate of your brand.
Hoping you shape up at some point and overlook (or try yourself?) your customer return journey :)

Wonderful kids shoes- Ancient return policy&process

Mixed feelings about this review, since I really love the shoes supplied by Petit Nord. With that said, it is a pure online business focusing on kids shoes- meaning a great likelyhood of needed returns (bad fit, incorrect size, etc). When you need to return shoes you are left to your own in the choice of freight supplier, you need to pay the return yourself and information needed to do the return is missing- and its now been 24 h and I've still not received the missing information after addressing PetitNord.

This is not worthy of a professional online business. So sorry Petit Nord, even though I'd love to have continued buying shoes from you- I will leave as a customer until you get the refund procedure in shape.

Fantastisk service! Helt över förväntan!
Vi fick den bästa rådgivning och hjälp med beställning i samband med bygget av får bastu, från K-rauta i Malmö. 5+ stjärnor, trots en försenad leverans. Men med god kommunikation om leveransdatum till kund så har man ändå en nöjd kund i slutändan!

Good sales&installation. Non-acceptable support!

We had the greatest initial experience with buying and having an Panasasonic "luftvarmepump" installed in our summerhouse. After 11 days of perfect functioning it just stopped working. The problem seems to be power supply (we've checked fuses etc). When this occurs on a Friday evening, you will need to establish a claim on Bauhaus website, which then first will be checked on following Monday- with no information of when we will be contacted by a repairman. The claimpage also states that it might take up to 48 h before the claim is even handled. Meaning, that it might take from Friday until wednesday (worst case) before we are even contacted. Meanwhile the house stands cold.

If a company is in business selling heating solutions for housing, then there should also be a backup for after sales & service - also during weekends.
Consider this part before choosing your heating supplier.

I'm really sorry to see that we haven't been able to help you the way you would've liked. I completly understand the issue it creates when an item like this breaks down. Especially when we're not able to help right away but have to wait a couple of days.

So with that being said, it's not that we didn't want to help but because it happens on a Friday evening, none of the people who could've have done more are at work. This is the reason my collegue asked you to make a claim and then contact us Monday.

I can see you've let us know later on that you found a solution so I'm happy to see that.
I will use this review to consider if we can make some changes on how to handle situations like this in the future so we're able to help more than at this point - also during weekends and such.

Despite this experience I hope to see you on our webshop or in our warehouses another time.

Unprofessionals

We have now ordered twice from Garant (Østerbro unit, in CPH) and been very disappointed.

Both times the company came home to us to do the measurements of windows. Excellent service so far. The issues came afterwards, when ordering. Both times we lacked a proper specification of order(material, measurements etc). Even though, we chose to trust everything was ok. And it was, the first time-although we then had an extremely long delivery time (communicated a couple of weeks after the order). Yesterday, we called the company to hear what had happened to our second order, 3 weeks after clear order(verbally, in store). At the order we were promised a delivery time of appr 2 weeks. The answer from the sales resp was that there wasn’t any order, not even an excuse. If I would have known, I’d have placed an order somewhere else. Now we are forced to measure everything from scratch(since no measurements are never communicated) or call out another” gardinbuss” AND wait another 2-3 weeks -at best, to receive our blindes (rullgardiner).

Their products are nice. The service with gardinbuss likewise. But the professionalism with handling and ensuring a proper order, which should be the easy part, is just under ALL criticism. Never again.
