I had an electrical issue with a fuse tripping out. The automatic system gave me a date for the following week but I received a call asking if they could visit earlier which they did! Although, the issue wasn't completely sorted on that visit, I have an agreed date for the full repair which will involve some rewiring

Review of Westons Cider
Purely out of being nosey
Purely out of being nosey, I read some of the 1 star reviews and was staggered at the effrontery of some people who seemed to blame Westons for issues they have no control over!
I have ordered several boxes from Westons and have had NO problems whatsoever. It's just a pity it's Herefordshire cider and not Somerset!
Ordering online can sometimes be hit and miss but it's a definite hit for Westons everytime!

Only one problem?
When I rang I said there were 2 issues. When the man arrived he said he was only there to fix a blocked drain. Which he didn't complete as he said the cess pit needed emptying. Still waiting to hear about the other issue - seized tap.

Not what it was
Beneden is not what it was and sadly isn't better. Despite the glossy magazine and tv adverts there is little difference between them & Bupa.
Before any treatment they ask for a consultant's or GPs referral letter and NHS waiting time. For some conditions, eg varicose veins, you are not referred to a consultant so waiting times are irrelevant.
Previously if you told the GP you were with Beneden they booked you in straight away.

Online banking with FD used to be so…
Online banking with FD used to be so easy but the new security measures have overly complicated things. If you try to pay an existing payee, the site does not recognise your id and you have to phone customer services to get the payment to go through; yet they confirm the id used as being correct.
Other than this issue I really have no complaints.

Hi Hugh. Sorry to hear about the issues you have had when paying an existing payee. If you use our App, you can verify the payment on there just using your Digital Secure Key password. If you use our Online Banking to generate the transaction code it is the last 4 digits of their account number, or last 4 of the reference if you are paying a credit card or company from the large business list, followed by the full amount of the payment including the pence. logging in issue
Had a problem logging in but had a conversation with Musadid and will hopefully be resolved soon. Seems to me to be a software issue that couldn't be resolved over the phone but has been passed on to the responsible section. UPDATE Resolved next time I logged in!
