Problem solved. But I will talk about quality later

Thanks for resolving the issue.
I removed the description of my problem, because I hope that this was an isolated case. Everyone can be wrong.
I just want to recommend always responding to customers. Even if you need time to resolve the issue. Write to the client that his question is being reviewed. On the Internet a lot of deception. Therefore, you get a negative reaction if you do not respond to the letter.
Now I will hope to get a quality product.
