Arrived later than expected …

When I ordered late on a Thursday evening the website showed that delivery would be by Monday, it didn’t arrive until Wednesday as it wasn’t despatched until Monday. There is no way of speaking to anyone and the live chat that the recorded message tells you to use is no longer available. My email was responded to promptly by 2 different people though

I have taken a look into this and I can confirm that you placed your order on a standard service. The estimated delivery time on this service is 3-5 working days, with your parcel being delivered on the 2nd working day.

I can confirm that all dates are only estimates and are by no means guaranteed. The only guaranteed day service we do is our Next Day Delivery service. ,

Forget Tunbridge Wells store

I’ve just been reminded why I mainly shop online; I went into the Tunbridge Wells store at 5.15 this afternoon and neither of the staff uttered a single word to me, despite me being there for 4-5 minutes, looking round the rails a couple of times.
No worries though… I just bought a pair of leggings, 2 skirts, 3 tops and a coat from Mint Velvet at John Lewis online. As much as usually cut the middle man out I decided that on this occasion I’d let JLP have a share.
I hope the staff in the MV store enjoy their Christmas presents; one of them is off to Italy and the other is getting a pair of earrings

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a signed helmet on 26 August, they took full payment of £300 and I have still not received the item, it’s mid December!
I am only ever referred to the product page on their website for delivery information, this is as unreliable as they are, it constantly changes.
I only bought from them as it was the only thing my Son wanted for his birthday in September.
He is still waiting for his birthday present and I’m £300 down.
AVOID THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS AT ALL COSTS

They knew their stuff

Both members of staff we saw were extremely helpful and efficient.
Good to see that DFS no longer go down the hard sell route (we had avoided you for many years for that reason).
We were able to come in one day and choose the style we wanted and came back a couple of weeks later to order it, efficient and knowledgable, friendly staff on both visits.
Highly recommend the Tunbridge Wells store.

Still no refund

Still no refund. Thankfully I paid by Credit Card so going to get them to charge back.
AVOID THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS AT ALL COSTS. I SUSPECT THEY’RE GOING BUST AND FLEECING US ALL. LUCKILY THEY CAN’T SPEND OUR MONEY ON EXPENSIVE HOLIDAYS FOR NOW.

I’d give them a no star review if I…

I’d give them a no star review if I could.
How is this dreadful company still trading, they certainly don’t deserve to be.
Lots of good guys have gone to the wall in this difficult time but this bunch of cowboys have ridden the storm, on both unsuspecting customers money and government money I suspect.
I still await my refund but won’t hold my breath! A lesson learned ..... I bought from them against my better judgement and knew as soon as no despatch email was forthcoming that I’d made a mistake. The order finally turned up but I’m now playing the refund lottery game.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SHOP LOCAL. IF YOU CANT SHOP LOCAL GO WITHOUT

Ordered a little before 1pm, 2 days before Christmas and it arrived exactly as promised the next day.
Exceptional from Ellis Brigham and exceptional as always from DPD. Why don’t all companies follow Ellis Brigham’s lead I don’t know. If they did their business would grow with lots of happy customers

Fantastic service

Fantastic service.
I ordered another pair of my favorite flip flops on Monday Evening and they arrived in the UK from Denmark on Thursday Morning.
Unfortunately, the first time I wore them I discovered a problem, a quick email later and Louise on customer service had resolved the problem and a new pair were shipped.
This was way beyond my expectations and I would not hesitate to shop with them again. In future though, it will always be directly, no 3rd party for me.
Amazing service, amazing product, amazing staff. If I could give you 10*’s I wouldn’t hesitate.
