Criminal Scam

The combination British Airways + Heathrow is criminal: over the last 4 years we have had more than 20 BA flights going through Heathrow between myself, friends and colleagues, and not a single flight has arrived at the final destination within the same calendar day it was meant to - not only connecting flights get regularly cancelled with no same day alternative offered by British Airways, but what's even worse every single time:
1. There is no simple process provided by BA to obtain an overnight hotel and meal vouchers: the only option is to get those from a kiosk with usually about 4 operators serving hundreds of customers in line at any one time, meaning a queue no shorter than 3+ hours.
2. If you need to connect your bag from the first flight, this does not get released automatically: again the only option is a separate 2+ hours queue to get the bag released (note even if you went through the queue from 1., you still need to get through this additional queue to get your bag released), and then wait another 1-2 hours for the bag to reach the belt.
3. Passport control is between the kiosks for 1. and 2. - if you cross that, either by accident or to do 2., then you can no longer go back to the kiosk for 1. and get your overnight accommodation and meal voucher.
Meaning that not only one gets 1+ days delayed to their destination, but also has to spend the entire time until then fighting their way through procedures clearly made to push people to give up on receiving any of what they are due.

But that's not all: regularly when submitting claims for compensation, as normal for flights delayed for more than 3 hours, one eventually finds that even in situations where the responsibility for the delay/cancellation is clearly on British Airways (for instance, we've been on a flight where the BA pilot announced midnight that they forgot to add enough fuel for a short flight between Edinburgh and London, and hence decided to land in an airport away from Heathrow...), there is a fake report from Heathrow staff claiming some kind of force majeure like inclement weather (even when I'm truth there wasn't any) in order to relieve British Airways from their compensation duties.

I have travelled all continents and in no other airport or airway line there is a situation as appalling as the British Airways + Heathrow one.

Car changed by ECC team to inferior and smaller car

Large car booked and then 2h before the rental the EEC team decided to change the rental to a smaller, cheaper car, not fit for purpose, while charging the same amount as the larger car.
I immediately contacted the EEC team explaining that this was not acceptable and explaining why - the start time of the booking is now past and they have not yet resolved the issue.

Absolutely awful service from DHL Express

Absolutely awful service from DHL and DHL Express - DHL Express have been meant to contact the receipt for over 2 weeks and still nothing, plus they are not responding to any of our emails.
This is on a shipment that was meant to be delivered about a month ago...

Absolutely incapable and deceitful staff - the parcel has been now held with them in the destination city for 10 days past when it was supposed to be delivered, after being guaranteed several times over the last week that the delivery would be completed the next day.
Literally doing anything, like even just sending an invoice or providing correct tracking details seems to be beyond the capabilities of their staff.

The service is an absolute scam

The service is an absolute scam - the parcel was supposed to arrive on Tuesday and didn't, with no updates nor notifications - the website still shows the package due to arrive last Tuesday.
I am leaving on Monday and today was the last chance to get the package.
I contacted the Yodel support on Friday to find out what was going on and the customer support agent (Mansi Arora) said that the parcel was at the depot outside of Edinburgh, that they weren't sure when the parcel would be delivered, but confirmed that I could pick up the parcel on Saturday 10:00-12:00 from the depot.
I hence went to the depot at 11am as per their indications, and there found a huge group of angry people because the agent at the counter (Leila the name of the agent) would not search for any more parcels and said that most of the parcels could be found and that they would do nothing about it on the day.
I tried to explain the urgency of the parcel, the fact that it was already almost a week late and that I followed the indications of the Yodel online support agent, but the agents there offered no concrete solution to the problem (the staff was standing there instead of going looking for the parcels when they could well have done so).

Non-existent customer service and despicable practices by some drivers

Like many of the other reviews in here, I unfortunately had the experience of an Uber Eats driver claiming to have delivered the order, when they have not - absolutely despicable practices by some of their drivers who, when they have trouble finding the address, seem to call to say that they are reaching the address soon and to wait for them, and then never do, and Uber doing absolutely nothing to reprimate such dishonest drivers and to refund orders.

The Uber support service is also nothing more than a facade - when called, they just say to contact them by email, and then by email they simply respond with preformatted messages saying that they have no intention of doing anything about the problem.

I will not be using Uber Eats again (especially as there are plenty of better alternatives out there)

Fraudulent operations

As per many other reviews, I also came across the fraudulent basis on which they operate - they claim items as being in stock when placing an order, and then they disappear entirely and answer no queries or questions, whether on the phone, by email, or any other means of communication - avoid buying anything from them

An absolute scam - don't trust any of the other clearly fake reviews

Move booked for over 3 weeks. Delivery van allocated and scheduled to arrive between 3:19pm and 6:19pm.
Around 6pm the customer service calls: "The van is having some delays, we should probably reallocate to a different van to guarantee delivery on the day". And again: "We will get a van to you by 9pm, you will get a message soon"
Time passes. No updated tracking, no further news, nothing.
I reach out to them around 8:15pm: "Sorry but we are not getting a van to you today" - not ok, but what do you propose - "We can place a new tentative order for tomorrow, but we can't guarantee that a van will be allocated and we will do absolutely nothing to place a higher priority on the job because we are useless and a complete scam" - it took me a while to realise it was not some silly joke
Lesson learned: not a company to be trusted and definitely not for something like a time-critical move - whoever is reading this, it'll save you a lot of time not to make my same mistake. Just use anyone else but them

Absolutely despicable company and service

The system doesn't work for even the most trivial of tasks like using a PAC number to transfer an old phone number
Not entirely sure what they keep the customer service team on payroll for, as all they do is passing clients from one operator to the other, but none of them has apparently any permission to act on anything - no matter how many hours you spend with them, absolutely nothing will be done to fix any issue in their service
