As first time cruisers we needed information from all sources. Heather at Bolsover was due to depart on a similar cruise to the one we were planning. A lovely apartment in the centre of Brockenhurst.
Handy for parking, shops, bars and restaurants.
A great place for exploring the New Forest.
My wife and I are in our 70's, so found the stairs difficult. Especially with bags and suitcases.

Quick and easy online service. Easy to understand options when choosing quotes. Without going into
days of comparing alternate companies quotes, the rates seem reasonable.
Review of Trainline
Very difficult to book. Conflicting prices shown. Could not download the outward journey ticket so had to install the app. This too was very difficult.
First time ever I have had problems with Trainline and I have been booking for years.
