Clarifion is very responsive and their products mostly work great. I ordered 8 for myself and a few for my parents. All but one are still working (one stopped after two months).
Review of Qualitygadgetshop
Ordered 3 portable bidets and purchase protection from them on 12/25 and have not heard from them, even though I sent two emails to them. Just searched up company and see all sorts of other horrid reviews. Do not order from them. I hope to get my $ back.
