I didn't even order here, they tell me it's for a electric grill lottery. Bull, they took 50 of my card, I got number for them demanding refund,ended up dickering for 35.00 refund fr something I wouldn't order. I'm going to hold my breath for that refund. Who are these people, and how to they scam you when you never been on their website?

RUN AWAY! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. THE COMPANY DOESN’T REALLY EXIST!

This is a scam. I ordered a pallet supposedly from Amazon on 2/2/23. I have tried to call, no one answers then it hangs. I have emailed about 10 times and they sent me the same exact return email.
Never have talked to anyone and have not received anything either. Beware of the ads on Facebook.

I am in a long line of customers ripped off by these guys. The portable bidet looked pretty cool, so I ordered one. They charged (and sent me) two for around $85 + shipping. I tried left and right to return one and get the credit but they ignore me. The best I got was a couple of emails saying they are short-handed. Too bad for them. I returned both products. They received them because they signed for it. Haven't heard a thing. I'm afraid I'm going to kiss $100 buck bye bye. These guys SUCK!

This company is a scam!! BEWARE. I should have known. I hope they get shut down! I paid shipping and handling to receive a smurf sized backpack that was completely misrepresented. Now they are trying to charge $67 and some change. I disputed the charge and got a new debit card. This has happened more often than not since everything has moved to the web, and people are scamming like it's ok.

Demo video of STARGATE scope very exxagerated. Real magnification power not at all as advertised in video. There is no zoom function that functions. I bought 3 as gifts and am embarrassed at lack of performance.

I ordered a back pack that was on promo....I only had to pay for S&H for $7.95... I paid thru my Cash App...on Jan 24th 2023.. on the 28th they charged me $67.32 and tried again on the 29th of $67.32..and today 2/13-2023 they tried to charge me again since i now had sufficient funds in the acct plus the back pack was small and picture was altered to look like a normal Backpack...over all it was a misrepresentation from a back pack point of view to a fanny pack to a hip pack so the charges go thru standardgadgetqualitydisc and Express Hardware Domin... BBB will be contacted... Its really a shame how companies take advantage of good citizens...

I've been dealing with this company since Oct 2022.
1. I asked to cancel and they ignored my request.
2. After ignoring me and making me accept my order 2 months after ordering it, I tried to return.
3. They then offered me 20% off.
4. The item arrived after i canceled it, they had my money and never did honor the 20 % off.

I am now dealing thru PayPal to just end all of this and return it. Haven't gotten anywhere yet.

Do not order anything online unless you have PayPal to back you.

I bought a product and want to return it. I tried to contact them five to ten times. No return call. They made it impossible to return.

The Kore 2 watch band was hopeless. I spent 2-5 minutes each day trying to secure it. I wore the watch for 6 days then it fell off while gardening.
Same computer generated reply to my concern. No help. Do not buy from them.

Do not use this company. Once they have your money, they disappear. I thought purchasing earbuds with PayPal would provide assurance but when there is an issue, they write a response about not having the order number (to just about everyone who has an issue) and that is as far as it goes. They are impossible to reach.

Shame I've had to actually give one star , they don't deserve any . Had some blx buds unfortunately they won't charge . Several emails to this company have proved to be fruitless they obviously do not have any intention of refunding or replacing them . First time I've used them (and it is only my experience I'm commenting on) and it will be the last . AVOID AT ALL COSTS , YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .

Ordered 3 portable bidets and purchase protection from them on 12/25 and have not heard from them, even though I sent two emails to them. Just searched up company and see all sorts of other horrid reviews. Do not order from them. I hope to get my $ back.

Ordered 3 Kore Pro watches for the blood pressure option. Showed in system. Watches had an upgrade waiting, and afterward no more blood pressure measurement. Shady way to sell a product.

Shame I had to give even one star to wright a review about Quality gadget shop. I ordered a pair of BLXBUDS earbuds for $50...1) Took a month to get to me after countless e-mails...2) Only worked for a half song and would not charge up...3) I just wanted to return them for a working pair or a refund and after countless attemps still
nothing has been done to this day even after I told them o was goin to write a scatthing review.
I normally don't write reviews but buyer beware from this company.

Scam artists selling cheap underwater cameras that don't work. Can't get in touch with them to get a refund.

Ordered 4 heaters, took almost 2 months and several emails to finally get a response. Spent over $175 on them; they we're advertised to be able to warm a 500 sqft room in minutes. After receiving them, it was questionable these were the heaters, one quit working after a days use, the other blows warm air at best. The only room that has even come close to being able to be warmed is the bathroom maybe 100sqft. Very disappointed in the "engineer who developed this heater to help his elderly grandparents on saving electricity."

Ordered a Kore Health smart watch that was supposed to be shipped from Australia with delivery in 5-7 days. Have waited 30 days and the Aust Post tracking number they provided still does not appear in the AP system. Their response is keep waiting it will be delivered soon. I suspect they ship from China and provide a fake shipping number to make it seem as though they are shipping from Australia. Started a case with PayPal and the gadget shop has provided the same fake tracking no to PayPal as though nothing is wrong. Have to wait a month with PAyPal before they will initiate a refund. Keep right away from this mob as well as qualityperformance. com

Ordered an item wouldn’t turn on . Emails and calls with no response. Scam. Beware and do not take a chance with ordering from this company. Sav3 all emails etc , hoping PayPal covers the item and I ge5 a refund. Will file all formal complaints and take it as far as I can. Not sure if small claims court handles this type of case.

I wish I had read reviews. Starscope monocular arrived later than promised and it does not work with adapter. Has negligible magnification. I get automated emails back when I try to get refund. I will try to get refund thru Paypal and plan to do everything I can to publicize how bad they are. I will contact NJ attorney general
