Ebay item x2 missed collections

Ebay item, didn't turn up in the time slot or communicate, seller furious, they rebooked for that evening and failed to turn up for that one too or communicate. Resulted in a lot of calls to try and sort out.

They really loathe their customers!

Given wrong food, operative put it through incorrectly, complained but customer service suggested I was a liar. Not sure a company can't plainly hate their customers as much as Five Guys! Seems to be a competition with their UK customer service on who can be the rudest. Stick to burger King.

6hrs left on the side of the A14

6hrs left on the side of the A14, kept telling me to ring police if felt unsafe and increasing recovery time from 1 to 6 hours, we were apparently the highest rescue category. They sent a local company to move the car so we never saw an RAC person. Shocking, don't think you can rely on them.

Booked survey via EON for GBIS…

Booked survey via EON for GBIS insulation survey. Last minute they text to say they were double booked. Several weeks of calls and emails to try and get another appointment but absolutely no reply. Awful company. Have rebooked with EON, same company and EON confirm they've had lots of complaints. Also trading as Energy-Won.

Worse than awful

Worse than awful. Just avoid. Been landed with a £1500 bill after switching energy companies. Nothing ever received from GS to say account was in debit in 14 months. Every other company would inform you. Not even informed at renewal. I've since found that they have put me on a standard tariff where I had agreed a fixed rate. They haven't bothered with sending any info I've asked for, 2 months after raising the complaint it's time for the ombudsman. No idea how elderly people could deal with this. The most shocking company I've ever dealt with. Interesting that GS are able to upload their own reviews here too. Avoid if you don't want debt and months of stress.
