Good staff. Inadequate HealthNet Homecare App and IT Support

I reviewed HealthNet Homecare that prompted a phone call from a member of their team. She was polite, friendly and professional as are most of HealthNet Homecare with whom I speak. The problem is the HealthNet Homecare app.

Get it sorted Amazon as parcels frequently arrive damaged.

There is an increasing frequency in getting damaged parcels from Amazon UK. A toy water powered rocket kit in which the box was torn open and then sellotaped over before shrink wrapping.

Also some a packet of maize cakes that were crushed into pieces. It took over five minutes going through the Amazon UK obstacle race to eventually talk online to a none AI member of staff before I was refunded for this egregious behaviour.

HealthNet Homecare to request medication dysfunctional..

The HealthNet Homecare on which I am obliged to order my medication does not work. The places on which one enters number and password are obscured. Also the button to request a new password does not work. On Google review a significant number of the HealthNet Homecare reviews are one star.

Tasty competitively priced food promptly served by friendly professional staff.

Comfortable dining room with interesting, quirky pictures on the walls.

Use the pub car park as our car was vandalised whilst parked on the road.

Stony Faced Unfriendly Staff at Kaspa's Lincoln

On Wednesday afternoon 19th of February the family visited Kaspa's Lincoln When standing at the counter not one of the four members of staff looked up to make eye contact. None of them were that busy preparing food. The staff supervisor who eventually served us would not walk two paces to help identify the doughnuts our granddaughters had chosen. I had to show a photo. Throughout the transaction the supervisor's manner was condescending and sullen.

Items Missing and No Apology

The Wendy House we ordered had FOUR items missing, and had gaps in the roof.

E*** the women we spoke we spoke to offered to replace the missing items. Her tone was dismissive, and she refused to send the complaint to her line manager. At no stage in the conversation did she apologise. I suggest readers go to a other providers of garden buildings.

I chose a Dorma T300 Sateen Flt Sheet Db 5050386306048 double fitted bedsheet 35 cm at Dunelm Beverley. The label stated 'Double Fitted Sheet 35 cm Colourfast Low Piling Smooth a Soft'. However when opened, the pack contained Dorma T300 Sateen Flat Sheet Double. Bar Code 5050386306048.

Very good customer support by the partners in Waitrose Anlaby

Very good customer support by the partners in Waitrose Anlaby:
A trainee took me to the flour and bread making section of Waitrose Anlaby.
A trainee partner opened a check-in desk for me as there was a long queue.
He and his colleague both point to help me with packing as well as being jolly and friendly
Philip who was on car park duty helped me find my trolley, and then took me where my car was parked.

I have age-related cognitive decline, and I found Waitrose Anlaby staff very pensioner friendly.

The 'Your parfumdreams.co.uk Service Team' sent me a feedback form eliciting positive feedback as if I had got the perfume. Another 1 star review suggested a group action against this company. What about European Small Claims Procedure Court?

Sykes Cottages Staff Member Laughed at Corona

This morning Mon 06 Sep21, I phoned Sykes Cottages Customer Relations Team to cancel our holiday booking. I said that the cancellation was due to my wife catching the Corona virus. The employee whose name begins with 'A' laughed. I was too taken aback to challenge this disrespectful and inexplicable response.

Update this afternoon Tue 07 Sep21. I got a phone call from Sykes apologising for the behaviour of 'A'. Until this incident happened I was satisfied in the manner in which the booking was handed. Previously, when I had requested a high-chair and cot on the phone, Syke's employee 'K' was most helpful.

Orbit Energy Harassing Me

Orbit Energy Harassing Me - "Their computer says no".After reading my review on Trustpilot Orbit Energy requested details of my account stating they would stop these emails. However, on Tuesday I got the email below from one of Orbit's Customer Ambassadors: 'Thank you for your recent email. I have accessed your account to assist with your query. We sincerely apologize for the communication however our emails are automated we will remove your email from our system once you have received your final bill. I can confirm that your agreement with Orbit Energy has ended. It should take up to 6 weeks to receive your final bill.
