When I go shopping I ask the retailer and no one ever accepts it. But all take NHS Card. Online shopping the discount codes copy but never works at checkout

Customer service is hit and miss, Julie is very helpful. Had lots of issues over the last year or so.. from items missing to items damaged and delivery delays. I do feel service and quality has massively declined since start of pandemic. and sick of hearing that as an excuse with most companies. The packaging is dreadful now, shoe boxes are so crushed bags are torn etc. I think the quality of clothing has also declined in some lines. I also feel its a bit of a cheek that you have to pay for there delivery when there sister company Freemans is free, so if its on Freemans just order it there with no delivery fee....makes no sense.

I found this company by chance during lockdown. Thankful because they are fantastic. 3 orders in...Customer Service with Zoe & Rachel is second to none its exceptional. Delivery method excellent. I use to use other brands...I now use there own brands and they are far superior to the named brand. Im a novice at all this beauty and nails. These guys have been my lockdown angels and made it all so easy ! THANK YOU for a perfect service everytime... throughout a very difficult time x

if there was a zero rating thats what this farce of con merchants would get. DO NOT BUY. Simple.
they advertise like your buying from uk. infact its cheap rubbish from china. they ignore your complaints expect unhappy buyers to pay return costs...back to china or refuse your refund. I have now reverted to paypal resolution to get my money back. they are lowlife thieves with no morals !!!!
