Costco's mortgage program in general is very good. But not sure how you rate the lenders. One of the lenders was supposed to be rated great by customers. We talked to them once & almost started the refinancing with them as their rates were good. But they suddenly stopped responding to our calls. They only had a toll free number on Costco's lenders search web page. Maybe it suddenly occurred to then the rate they had offered was very low & they could not honor it. But they were not professional enough to let us know.

We then contacted Finance of America thru Lending.com. The 2 people we worked with were professional & helpful. We did go thru with the refinance with them. The only issue we had with them was that the whole process took too long to complete (almost 2 months) & they kept asking for more & more documents, and sometimes the same documents again & again.

Very easy and quick to apply for insurance for my parents visiting US.

I did not have all the info for my parents when I started with the application. The web site stored the data I had entered so that I could continue from where I left off. It even send me an email with link to continue from that point.

Got confirmation & policy in email almost immediately.
