From my first contact with Westquay energy,( walking in off the street) Shauna and Georgina in the office, they were extremey helpful, diligent in all the information I was given, and patient.
Oliver came to our house shortly after and assessed what we might need. He was warm, informative as to our options , and reassuring without being at all pushy. One felt he took his responsibilities to his customers seriously and indeed in the weeks since, installation and set up he has made sure everything was in order for us.
The technicians who came to install worked quickly and cleanly , no fuss , as did the electricians who had no small job to do with our difficult to access attic ( for battery) and quirky electrical set up. The headman worked tirelessly till the job was complete.
I could not recommend the company highly enough. It is also a huge bonus that they are local to us . Their rates were very competitive and service to date exceptional.

The customer care team were exceptional.. over a series of many emails they guided me through my exchange which meant passing extra , through pay pal ( in my case) included extra items , decided my screen shots as I'm technologically challenged, through it all were so courteous , patient and kind. A joy to deal with.

The staff could not have been more helpful , courteous and patient as my order became very complicated with returns, pay pal etc. They even managed to include a smaller order in with my earlier order thus saving me postage. Exceptional
