Oliver came to our house shortly after and assessed what we might need. He was warm, informative as to our options , and reassuring without being at all pushy. One felt he took his responsibilities to his customers seriously and indeed in the weeks since, installation and set up he has made sure everything was in order for us.
The technicians who came to install worked quickly and cleanly , no fuss , as did the electricians who had no small job to do with our difficult to access attic ( for battery) and quirky electrical set up. The headman worked tirelessly till the job was complete.
I could not recommend the company highly enough. It is also a huge bonus that they are local to us . Their rates were very competitive and service to date exceptional.
