Wow what a service

Wow what a service. I have recently ordered two large orders from cactus and had them sent out of the U.K. to me in Europe. Both arrived very quickly and very well packed. Prices are the best I can find on the internet for the items I bought. I also have to say that e mails are answered promptly. I had cause to e mail Jon at cactus a couple of times in relation to technical questions. On one occasion coming back to me with an answer in exactly 5 minutes. Cactus is definitely my go to store for marine related articles.

I still can not give no stars

I still can not give no stars. But thought I would update trust pilot customers. That ECOSCOOTING Spain Have yet again failed in both parcel delivery and customer support. How this company is still in business I will never know. DO NOT POST ITEMS VIA THIS COMPANY YOU WILL ONLY LOSE OUT !

If I could give no stars or minus stars…

If I could give no stars or minus stars I would.
Still waiting for ecoscooting to deliver a parcel which they have had since 29th December. Apparently the driver responsible for delivery could not deliver it because of force majure ? They sent me an e mail 4 days ago saying redelivery would be arranged in the next 72 hours that ran out yesterday. Still nothing today. Worse is customers services ignore most e mails and don’t reply. Anyone know an e mail for a CEO or manager at head office ? Although I expect by now my parcel has been well lost.

I can’t award no stars. But the worst company I have had the misfortune to have to deal with. No parcel and absolutely no communication. I have sent numerous e mails and never got a reply DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NOT EVEN TO SEND AN EMPTY ENVELOPE !

DO NOT USE THIS company if you ever…

DO NOT USE THIS company if you ever want to receive your goods. Twice they have sent my order twice it has gone missing due to their staff not listening to the customer about the address, they told me that Gibraltar was in the uk I said it isn’t. But they still put uk on the address. Parcel went to the uk who said Gibraltar isn’t in the uk and returned my parcel to sender.
Second attempt they say it has been posted by DHL to Gibraltar only the DHL site cannot find it as the tracking number is only 9 digits not 10. What they mean is it has been sent by DHL DE which is German post. As of today nobody can find my parcel. AUTODOC don’t care and just keep fobbing me off. Again they can’t even write down a customers address correctly without changing it around or adding bits.
I am stuck waiting for these parts and unable to do any work whilst waiting for them. They will not issue a refund until the parcel is returned to them meaning an extra long wait until I can order again.
I wish I had never heard of them and never downloaded the app. Use them at your own peril. And I expect the reply will be as others. We are sorry to hear that you have a problem blah blah blah

Good helpful staff when placing the…

Good helpful staff when placing the order. I like to also visit here when in port Solent. However let down by Fedex / delivery company. Delivery by 6pm today and no show and no update on tracking and no contact
