Opted for next day delivery but it's almost a week and I still have not receive my orders. Contacted their help desk which isn't any help at all. They suggested to refund when I have not even received my order. Their logistics seems to be getting from bad to worse! If possible, don't use their delivery service at all! Opt for either seller's or self-collection. I rather pay others than Shopee delivery.

Sent my ROG Phone in with a cracked camera glass. Technician assessment is that the whole camera need to be replace and best part, the camera is part of the LCD module. It's fine by me as they are the "experts".

Proceeded with the repairs and have been waiting for three weeks when I told them I need it urgently as I have to head overseas. But still, no reply from them and I'm kept in the dark on this matter.

Best to think twice before sending your Asus device for repair. As they are the "experts" in deciding what is damaged when the obvious is there and they take their bloody own sweet time despite you telling them it's urgent.
