Excellent service! Before making a rather large order to be delivered we spoke to Elaine at Charella Gardens who was extremely helpful in advising on our needs, the price per plant was more than reasonable and on delivery, Adam was so accommodating and efficient. We had a excellent service all round and will probably order from this company again. Highly recommended.

Quick delivery and the scented candles fill the whole house with perfume on no time - especially the giant ones with 4 wicks. And the electronic defusers with refill oils are also fantastic. Products are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The quality is reflected in the price and I will definitely be buying from this company again.

Very quick delivery BUT the size is BIG and cheap fabric...I'm a true 12-14 and the jacket is way too big. The colour is not as bright as the photo and the 'teddy' lining feels like cheap scratchy nylon. I previously bought a summer dress from them a few years ago which I could give the same comments about - big and cheap fabric. I won't buy from this company again I'm afraid.

Horrendous! The drivers cannot find simple addresses. When you try to speak to someone on the Chatbot, it recommends that you use the App. The app does not work (you need to enter your phone number but then you are unable to press "Next". The depots for collection are MILES away and you cannot arrange to collect from a local shop as you can with others. Useless!!!

Highly recommended! I have now had 4 bottles of perfume and it’s difficult to tell the difference between them and the real thing. I will definitely carry on ordering the perfume although the shower gel was not worth it. Delivery (I’m in London) is always very fast.

Love this company. I have made 3 purchases so far and they have all been delivered very quickly (to London) and the items are lovely (2 items of jewellery and a t-shirt). Highly recommended and happy to support a new small UK based company.

I have been ordering from Beauty Pie for well over a year and all the products I've had so far have been excellent quality, value for money and the deliveries (I'm in London) are very prompt. The only thing I would comment on is the amount of packaging used in dispatch but the company have advertised that they are already addressing this issue so let's see. Apart from that, I highly recommend this company and their products.

Fantastic company all round. We ordered beautiful flooring for our whole flat (London) and on discovery that we had ordered way too much, they came to collect the returns and currently waiting for refund. Customer service all the way through has been impeccable. I would be very happy to recommend this company.

Yet again, excellent service and jewellery from Gemporia. I think this is either the 3rd or 4th time for me and I can definitely recommend them. I had to return a ring as I ordered the wrong size and getting a replacement was very easy, even during the Covid lockdown. Great customer service too.

Ordered 2 pairs of Maui Jim's for my husband & I, only mine were in stock so the other pair were refunded very quickly as we needed them to arrive before leaving for our holiday. Mine were despatched from Italy to London and arrived in 2 working days. So my whole experience with Otticanet was excellent and I'm sure I'll order from them again...good prices too! The only pain was Fed Ex delivery but I would definitely recommend Otticanet, great service and communication all round.

Ordered from London, my t-shirt arrived in about a week and I love it! I've never ordered online from another country (I'm pretty sure my t-shirt was dispatched from Germany) and I'll definitely order from them again. Very happy customer so quite surprised to see so many negatives on other peoples reviews.
