Regarding returns, we do not send a shipping label because we do not cover the return shipping when it is regarding our open purchase policy. If it is possible to buy a return shipping label at instabox as a private person, you can make a return with them. However, this seems to be about a warranty case and then we are responsible for the return shipping.

I ordered shoes for a present and they…

I ordered shoes for a present and they sent the wrong size.
Still awaiting a refund a week after the product was sent back.

As of today I have still not had a refund almost 2 weeks later!? This is unacceptable when you were in error. I want my money back.

They (KLM) dumped us in Amsterdam late…

They (KLM) dumped us in Amsterdam late at night. Bird strike had delayed outbound Bristol flight. No staff at Amsterdam to help ended up paying for a hotel and late to work to boot. Never will I fly KLM again total joke. The experience was awful beyond belief.

KLM are truly appalling avoid them like…

KLM are truly appalling avoid them like the plague.
Firstly, the incoming plane was hit by a bird strike, not their fault, I totally understand that bit.
3 hours later a replacement flight arrives to get us to our transit stop (Amsterdam) where we would now have to wait until morning.
We arrive earlier than expected and they hadn't prepared ground crew.
Then we went looking for KLM staff for a hotel for the night, nothing. They had all gone home! Tried to phone, nothing.
Never again. Total chaos.
When you find a staff member from KLM let me know. Even their what's app bot seems to work 9 to 3.
Back to British Airways and Heathrow from now on.

I tried boozt for the first time and all 3 products are trash.
Items that are large but slim fir should be advertised as slim fit.
They do not fit men with broad shoulders.
Total trash shop elsewhere.
