Regarding returns, we do not send a shipping label because we do not cover the return shipping when it is regarding our open purchase policy. If it is possible to buy a return shipping label at instabox as a private person, you can make a return with them. However, this seems to be about a warranty case and then we are responsible for the return shipping.
