We value our customers' experiences with the ordering process on the site. As we are not the ones delivering the magazine, the review is more about how easy you felt it was to navigate, order and pay on the site. A review here on Trustpilot, positive or negative, can thus help us develop and become better at what we do in the future.

The start-up time stated in your order confirmation is based on the handling process until you receive your first newspaper. This includes the handling of the order with us, then handling and registration with the publisher, who plans their mailings and adjusts volume before printing.

We hope you will be satisfied with your magazine when the subscription starts. :)

Hi Janet!

I am sorry to hear about your experience, I know the wait for the first magazine can seem long.
Unfortunately I can not access and review your case right at this moment since you do not have an email address connected to your Trustpilot account.

The reason why our foreign subscriptions have such a long start-up time is due to the very different routines of publishers abroad. After the administrative processing and registration of new subscribers publishers abroad print all address labels 3 months before the magazine goes to print and delivery. Some magazines are published less frequently which can result in the start-up time becoming a bit longer.

You are more than welcome to contact our customer service so that we can access your order and help you by contacting the distributor of your magazine!

You are now removed from our newsletters. It sometimes takes a couple of days before you are completely removed when there are several different partners involved, so you may be able to get a final newsletter.

It´s unfortunate to hear that you´re not satisfied with our services at Tidningskungen.se ,
As we are sure you understand, the different price ranges on our website are based on the delivery and billing costs within Sweden.

Since we only mediate the magazines on our website to the publishers,
We are not personally in charge of the prices and different products, and are therefore not able to change them to suite the market abroad.
