Ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. Unfortunately they arrived a day later than I requested and the courier did not update the tracking notification so I had to ask her whether she had received them or not. She did say that the flowers were really lovely though. It's a shame the courier let us down!

excellent throughout sadly needed to claim on my breakdown cover one week on from buying the policy but no problem with Adrian flux got sorted in minutes.
