I can’t thank Alex Watts enough for his amazing service with regards to my new car. I have never met Alex face to face as we are over 400 miles apart but that did not stop him resolving an issue that I had with the tyres on the car. He listened to my concerns, appreciated my anxiety and went out of his way to do something about it. He kept in contact with me throughout with his friendly kind reassuring manner and now I will take delivery of my car exactly how I want it to be. Thank you again, Alex.

I had a problem with an online delivery which was paid for as a next day delivery. It did not arrive, waited a further day but no sign of the item. As there is no telephone contact with the company and the web chat is extremely hard to connect to, I contacted my local branch in Edinburgh for assistance. Katherine from the Hanover Street branch took ownership of this and went out of her way to help me. She kept me informed with updates as promised. So thank you Katherine and to the kind lady from Head office that contacted me shortly after Katherine’s emails. Item arrived two days later as confirmed 😊
