I contacted Neff customer service on the Saturday and was fortunate to get a cancellation for the following Tuesday. Excellent engineer, Richard. He was extremely professional and fixed the problem. He also took the time to explain exactly what he had done.

A reasonable price. Prompt delivery date. Good communication.

Good quality clothing but sizing is on the generous side. I had to return at my own cost and reorder a size smaller which was annoying.

We were purchasing a king size mattress and a double bed frame. Amy at our Bury store was extremely helpful and we were able to make a fairly swift decision about which mattress to buy and we are delighted with it. The hip hop ottaman bed frame is very well made and my husband found it quite straightforward to assemble. It looks great! The delivery men were excellent.
