The book I ordered arrived in pristine condition although not quite as soon as I had hoped but that probably had more to do with the book I chose.

Still, excellent service and I would buy from them again..

The product was exactly as described and it arrived in a reasonable time. The only problem was, Fedex blew the delivery and delivered it to a house that was about 1/2 mile from me. Not Welspring's fault though.

For one, the web site is very easy to navigate and find lots of interesting things about the family. For example, I found out that I had a step-grandmother that I never knew about. I also found a long lost cousin.

With everybody else adding to the information, it seems like there is no end to what you could find out about your family history. But be careful, it can be addicting.

The transaction itself went very smoothly and the product arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered.

I would have given Monex 5 stars except that they tack on extra fees that aren't originally shown on their web site. The buy/sell charge was $336 and Delivering and Handling was another $30. These extra fees made the gold just a little more expensive than the dealer I normally use.
