The package was left on the doorstep and it had been trashed the box was completely destroyed. So obviously thrown around in the vehicle.

At time or order I was given a delivery date, then had a text to say say it would be delivered earlier, so that was great, arranged to have a different day off. But on day of delivery had phone call to say driver had run out of time and he would not be able to make it, explained about day off and they did make the delivery.

Value for money and very clean and well lite as we came back late at night. But I would have liked to see more signage when approaching the car park as this was the first time using and not sure which car park you were.

I have completed my new bedroom with bedding from Harry Corry and made curtains and covered my French bed in the duvet covers. The quality is exceptional and the postal service is great.

Was sold two packages of phone and broadband. Was only told after calling them they could not provide the broadband but still wanted to provide the phone line. I then had no phone line or broadband, so therefore no security, no heating as all controlled by the internet. So had no service for two weeks. Told them it comes as a package so do not want it but then had to go back to Sky but with a further two week delay. Then my business was put into jeopardy because they could not transfer my number. It was horrendous and very stressful to save money it is not worth it.
Mis- sold information check what you are being told before you agree to anything.
