When ordering, the person I spoke to was helpful and pleasant. One item I wanted was out of stock and I was told the estimated time it might be available. The items I ordered arrived the day after the estimated day but this actually suited me better on this occasion as I might have been out at the time of delivery on the estimated day. I was pleased with the items ordered.

I 'phoned to put in my order and it was delivered the next day. Cant fault the service from beginning to delivery.

I got through okay on the phone to make the order. It was an easy experience because I knew what I wanted. I have ordered from Monster Pet Supplies before and the person I spoke to was able to see previously ordered items that I wanted again this time. I had seen emails with current offers and was able to refer to them. There was only one problem - with delivery but I don't think that was to do with Monster Pet Supplies - the order came the day after I was told it would come. Fortunately, I was in when the delivery arrived.

i cannot fault the latest delivery of dried cat food from Monster Pet Supplies. It is a specialised urinary care food which I can no longer purchase in my local supermarket. The supermarket has food made by the same manufacturers but they no longer sell this particular variety. It is convenient for me to order it from Monster Pet Supplies. The delivery came the day after I ordered it. Excellent service!
