I got through okay on the phone to make the order. It was an easy experience because I knew what I wanted. I have ordered from Monster Pet Supplies before and the person I spoke to was able to see previously ordered items that I wanted again this time. I had seen emails with current offers and was able to refer to them. There was only one problem - with delivery but I don't think that was to do with Monster Pet Supplies - the order came the day after I was told it would come. Fortunately, I was in when the delivery arrived.
